Failure to take care of myself I will keep learning this lesson until I learn the lesson I had a long and fulfilling day yesterday I knew what I had to do when I got home - Shower, decompress, sleep Instead, I scrolled for 2 more hours before I gave myself rest Are you like that too? And today, of course I'm suffering the consequences My eyes are hurting, as they have from using my eyes the whole day and even late into the night And did I stop today?
